3. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, colours, and order details before confirming your purchase.
• You must only upload files or designs that you have permission to use.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. WristbandX reserves the right to reject, cancel, or hold any order if information is incomplete, suspicious, unavailable in stock, or unable to be fulfilled. Payment may be required before production begins.

5. Artwork and Custom Printing

Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted artwork is correct and print-ready. We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution files, spelling mistakes, or design errors approved by the customer. Minor colour variation between screen and printed output may occur.

6. Production and Delivery Time

Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delays may happen due to peak order periods, incomplete order details, courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production starts. Once artwork is approved or printing has begun, cancellation, refund, or major changes may not be possible. Any refund or replacement decision will depend on the nature of the issue and our review.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, layout, logos, graphics, and images, belongs to WristbandX or its respective owners unless stated otherwise. Customers must not upload copyrighted or unlawful material without proper rights or permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

WristbandX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delay, customer-submitted content, or printing differences that are reasonable within industry standards.

10. Account and Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false orders, or interfere with website operation. We may suspend or terminate access if misuse or security risk is detected.
